Ideal for 21'X21' studio, this 1000W/S lighting kit is equipped with two HS-2000 strobe lights as the major sources of lighting. The two HS-2000 strobe lights produce a powerful total of 880 watts per second (W/S) of illumination over your shooting subjects.

Two softboxes are installed on the HS-2000 to create smooth and even lighting.  Other accessories are also included in this kit, such as honeycomb, barndoor, and snoot to meet your shooting needs. The major difference between this kit and the "1000 W/S HS-2000 Flash Lighting Kit with Softbox" is that the backlight is not included.

One great advantage of strobe light versus fluorescent light heads is that the sizes of the strobe light heads are dramatically smaller and lighter in weight than fluorescent light banks. In addition to its lightweight advantage, the flash tube and modeling lamp are pre-installed on the strobe light, meaning that you do not need to install every single bulb like you otherwise would do to the fluorescent lighting kit. Carrying bags are included, so you can bring the kit with you when you need to shoot on locations.
